We want you to be happy with your order. Below you’ll find clear information on when we offer refunds, replacements, and how returns are handled.

Refund Eligibility

We accept full refunds on products that have not been opened or used. Items must still be sealed in their original wrapper and returned in resellable condition.

Faulty or Broken Pieces

Scenario What We Do
A cube piece breaks within 7 days We will replace the broken piece free of charge. This does not include sending a full replacement cube.
Faulty cube returned We cover all return costs and issue a refund once the cube is received and inspected.
Refund requested due to broken piece We do not refund the original shipping cost, and return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Return Conditions

All returns must be sent using a tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds will only be issued after the item has arrived back with us and has been inspected to confirm its condition.

Important: Any item returned opened, used, or incomplete may be refused or partially refunded.
